I have been to many places in the US but I have never been to Europe.

Time to get ready for Thanksgiving for me, now.

It's very warm here, sort of not fallish. Going to be like this for the next 3 days. I am glad in a way, I have to clean up my yard.

I dressed up as a witch on halloween at work, no pics of it though, i managed to avoid all cameras lol

Christmas is my next thing but New Year is the biggy for me this year (even though I'll be away from Chris boooooooooo)

Today is election day. I am so glad that it's going to be over with tonight. 2 years of this campaigning is TOO long. Also, they need to stop the campaign commercials earlier. I am sure that people know who they are going to vote for waay before election day.

They spend WAAAY too much money on campaigning when I feel that money could be used for other projects and not for the campaign.

I understand that in Australia, they stop the campaign commercials a month before the election. Good idea.

Speaking of Australia, they don't have Halloween there......:(

The new President has been elected......Barak Obama!

I am so happy and proud to have this man as our leader.

He will be an inspiration to all.

Congrats on the win...Its good to be able to say we're alive when the first black president was elected...

shame its not Will Smith though, he always said he wanted to be the first one! lol

I'm happy with the choice, just need to hope he'll keep to his manifesto now

I am hoping the same thing........as the past years have not been the greatest.....

being sinical (sp) but if Barak Obama lives long enough I think he will make a good president... but there are an awful lot of people who are NOT happy that 1) he is coloured 2) he has african Family and 3) he is a democat!!!
